You may want to feature only a specific portion of a film. Films on Demand allows you to create custom segments to share with your class. These segments may be embedded into Canvas.
Find the Film you would like to customize. (Review Searching Films on Demand, if necessary.)
After you have found the film you would like to customize, click on Custom Segment below the video player.
Login or create an account, if this is your first time using Films on Demand.
Click on the progress bar where you would like your segment to begin. Click on Set Start Time.
Click on the progress bar where you would like your segment to end. Click on Set End Time.
Enter a Title (required) and Description (optional).
Click on Create Segment.
Click on Go to Custom Segments.
Click on Share to email the segment, or copy and paste the Direct Link or embed code.
